Welcome to your final official unofficial gameday chat of the 2017 football season as the USF Bulls play host to the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the 2017 Birmingham Bowl. Field conditions are wet, but temps are mild in the mid-60s. A monsoon blew through about a 10:30 CST, but it is looking a little drier now. As always, cheers and jeers are welcome here!
